Patent and trade mark attorney since 1985. She graduated from the Warsaw High School of Planning and Statistics and post-garduated in Law and Administration studies at the European High School of Law and Administration.
She specialises in cases related to trade mark registration and opposition, and in cases concerning unfair competition and copyrights. She has profound experience in national proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, in international ones before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and european proceedings before the Organisation for Harmonisation of the Internal Market (OHIM). Moreover she specialises in trade mark prosecution and maintenance, searches,portfolio management and counselling.
