- comprehensive industrial designs registability searches in domestic and foreign databases
- drafting opinions on industrial designs registability
- filing and handling industrial designs applications with the Polish Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market of the European Union, and with foreign Patent Offices, based on the well established cooperation with patent attorneys and agencies in other countries
- supervision and renewal of granted industrial designs exclusive right, payment of renewal fees in Poland and abroad
- changes and up-dates in domestic and community registers
- opposition and invalidation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market of the European Union (OHIM), the Community Trademark and Design Court, the European Court of Justice and administrative courts
- civil and criminal courts proceedings related to industrial designs' infringements
- civil and criminal courts proceedings related to unfair competition
- advisory services, legal and expert opinions related to protection of industrial designs; selection of the most suitable form of protection, formal actions in Poland and abroad
- drafting licence and assignment agreements, contracts of pledge over exclusive rights and others
- alternative dispute resolutions – mediations and negotiations
- training and seminars on the intellectual and industrial property protection system in Poland and the EU
- advisory services on available public grants schemes supporting intellectual & industrial property protection in Poland (EU and National funding)
