- comprehensive patentability searches in domestic and international data-bases
- patent literature searches, searches on the state of the art
- reports on existing exclusive protection rights
- drafting opinions on patentability
- drafting and filing patent applications (in all fields of art, including chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology and genetic engineering, mechanics telecommunication, IT and electronics) with the Polish Patent Office, international PCT-based applications, european applications with the European Patent Office, as well as national applications with foreign Patent Offices, based on the well-established cooperation with patent agencies abroad
- national validation of European patents
- supplementary protection certificates (SPCs)
- supervision and renewal of granted exclusive rights, payment of annuities in Poland and abroad
- changes and up-dates in domestic, community and international registers
- oposition and invalidation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, The European Patent Office, the European Court of Justice and administrative courts
- civil and criminal courts proceedings related to patent infringements
- advisory services, legal and expert opinions related to protection of industrial property; selection of the most suitable form of protection, formal actions in Poland and abroad
- drafting licence and assignment agreements, contracts of pledge over exclusive rights and others

- training and seminars on the intellectual and industrial property protection system in Poland and in the EU
- patent valuations and commercialisation
- advisory services on available public grants schemes supporting intellectual & industrial property protection in Poland (EU and National funding)
